We offer a wide range of treatment options and specialize in oncology, women's health, sports medicine, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language therapy. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a patient caseload on a daily basis
  • Perform treatment modalities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Implement the plan of care and report any changes to the Occupational Therapist
  • Coordinate patient care with other Agency personnel and community resources
  • Document patient visits and provide timely updates to the Occupational Therapist

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
  • Current Connecticut license to practice Occupational Therapy
  • At least three (3) years of experience preferred
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of Occupational Therapy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Valid motor vehicle operator license and reliable personal automobile
