Job Responsibilities
- Manage a patient caseload on a daily basis
- Perform treatment modalities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Implement the plan of care and report any changes to the Occupational Therapist
- Coordinate patient care with other Agency personnel and community resources
- Document patient visits and provide timely updates to the Occupational Therapist
Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
- Current Connecticut license to practice Occupational Therapy
- At least three (3) years of experience preferred
- Knowledge of principles and practices of Occupational Therapy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with patients, families, and colleagues
- Valid motor vehicle operator license and reliable personal automobile
