Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans
• Target and resolve patient concerns
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Celebrate patient wins along their rehabilitation journey

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
• CPR certification preferred (unless otherwise required by hospital policy)
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
