Details:

As an Occupational Therapist at Waterford Crossing, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive therapy services to our residents. This includes assessing individual needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions under the guidance of the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations to assess residents' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and achieve positive outcomes.
• Monitor and document residents' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.

Qualifications:

• Active or pending Occupational Therapy (OT) state license.
• Proven track record of successful patient care experience.
• Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is preferred.
