Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy
• Supervise care and treatments, including leading patient assessments
• Create personalized care plans and target and resolve patient concerns
• Dedicate time to understand patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery
• Celebrate patient victories along the way

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
• CPR certification
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
