Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your knowledge, skills, and experience to make a significant impact every day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Effectively delegating tasks and supervising occupational therapist assistants and technicians
• Providing occupational therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, and federal regulations
• Maintaining open communication with hospital departments to meet the needs of patients, staff, and the hospital

Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Current state licensure or certification (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Completion of a degree from an accredited therapy program (or equivalent)
• Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers
