Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Effectively delegating tasks and supervising occupational therapist assistants and technicians
• Providing occupational therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines
• Maintaining open and ongoing communication with hospital departments to ensure that patient, staff, and hospital needs are met

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Successful completion of a degree from an accredited therapy program or a program determined to be substantially equivalent
• Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers
