As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee all nursing operations and ensure the delivery of outstanding patient care. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-care programs, policies, and procedures. Your impact will extend beyond providing care as you inspire patients to achieve their goals and regain independence. In this role, you will:

• Supervise all nursing operations, including employee activities and the quality of patient care.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient-care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that each patient's needs for nursing care, treatment, and services are properly assessed, evaluated, and met throughout their stay at our facility.
• Have a strong effect on patient outcomes, empowering them to progress each day.
• Promote an inclusive culture that is respectful of diversity.

Responsibilities:

• Current RN licensure appropriate to state regulations (unrestricted) required.
• BLS certification (ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of hire or position start date required).
• CRRN certification obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirement to sit for the examination required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
