As a Nurse Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise all nursing operations, ensuring quality patient care and employee activities
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient-care programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure the proper assessment, evaluation, and meeting of each patient's needs
• Promote an inclusive culture that is respectful of diversity

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Current RN licensure appropriate to state regulations
• BLS certification (ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of hire or start date)
• CRRN certification obtained within a year of meeting eligibility requirements
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
