Responsibilities:

• Supervise all nursing operations, ensuring quality patient care and employee activities
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient-care programs, policies, and procedures
• Assess, evaluate, and meet patients' nursing care needs during their stay
• Have a strong impact on patient outcomes
• Promote an inclusive culture that is respectful of diversity

Requirements:

• Current unrestricted RN licensure
• BLS certification (ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of hire)
• CRRN certification obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirement
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
