Responsibilities:

• Supervise all nursing operations and ensure the quality of patient care
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient-care programs
• Assess, evaluate, and meet each patient's needs for nursing care, treatment, and services
• Have a positive impact on patient outcomes
• Promote an inclusive culture that values diversity

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure appropriate to state regulations
• BLS certification (ACLS certification preferred)
• CRRN certification (to be obtained within a year)
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
