As a Nurse Supervisor, you will assist in the development and implementation of patient care programs, policies, and procedures. • Full-time and PRN openings available
• Full-time night shift with a $10,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care programs, policies, and procedures
• Assess, evaluate, and meet the needs of patients for nursing care, treatment, and services
• Support cultural diversity and provide equitable, culturally competent patient-centered care
• Maintain an inclusive work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity
• Provide cultural diversity and sensitivity training to new employees

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure appropriate to state regulations
• BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of hire
• CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of meeting eligibility requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Two years recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting
• Previous leadership experience in a charge nurse or lead capacity
• Good visual acuity and ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 30 pounds
