Encompass Health is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of patient care programs, policies, and procedures. • Full-time and PRN openings available
• Night shift position with a $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Located in Cumming, GA

Responsibilities

As a Nurse Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of patient care programs, policies, and procedures
• Assessing patients' needs for nursing care, treatment, and services
• Evaluating the effectiveness of patient care plans and making necessary adjustments
• Providing culturally competent and patient-centered care
• Maintaining an inclusive and respectful work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Current RN licensure appropriate to state regulations
• BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of hire or entry into the position
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting
• Previous leadership experience

Physical Requirements

• Good visual acuity and ability to communicate
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 30 pounds
