Job Details:

• Role: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Location: Norwich, CT
• Specialty: 100% Outpatient Primary Care - Adult Medicine
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (ask about a 4-day work week option!)
• Call Schedule: No call required

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine physical examinations and develop comprehensive treatment plans for adult patients
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to evaluate and address health needs
• Provide appropriate treatment within the scope of practice and refer to specialists as needed

Requirements:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
• APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA certification
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience as an APRN or PA
