Responsibilities

• Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans for adult patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to develop plans for further evaluation or referral to specialists.
• Provide appropriate treatment within the scope of practice and refer patients to physicians for problems outside of the scope.

Requirements

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
• APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA certification
• At least two years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
