Summary:

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams and medical consultations for inpatient children, adolescents, adults, and residential teenage girls
• Take patient histories, perform physical examinations, and order and interpret laboratory tests/data
• Provide patient education in a group setting
• Deliver quality, holistic care for patients, families, and others in the behavioral health arena

Qualifications:

• Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed or eligible to be licensed in the State of CT
• Experience or interest in working with behavioral health patients is preferred
