Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant to join our Infectious Diseases team in Norwich, Connecticut. Responsibilities
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our Infectious Diseases team, you will:
- Perform inpatient consultations at St Vincent’s Medical Center
- Provide outpatient office care, specifically addressing HIV and Hepatitis C patient treatment
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Infectious Diseases
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- National Certification in Advanced Practice and current CPR certification
- Current State of CT APRN license with prescriptive authority and current DEA number
- Excellent clinical management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using medical software (Epic)
