Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant to join our Infectious Diseases team in Norwich, Connecticut. Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our Infectious Diseases team, you will:

• Perform inpatient consultations at St Vincent’s Medical Center
• Provide outpatient office care, specifically addressing HIV and Hepatitis C patient treatment
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Infectious Diseases

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• National Certification in Advanced Practice and current CPR certification
• Current State of CT APRN license with prescriptive authority and current DEA number
• Excellent clinical management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using medical software (Epic)
