As a Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department, you will be responsible for understanding and implementing the hospital's philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures in patient care. You will collaborate with the Director to make decisions on patient care, human resources, and financial management. Your leadership skills and clinical expertise will contribute to the delivery of exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Implement the hospital's philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures in patient care
• Collaborate with the Director on decisions related to patient care, human resources, and financial management
• Provide leadership to the nursing staff in the Emergency Department
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment

Requirements

• Current RN License in the State of Connecticut
• BSN required, MSN preferred
• Minimum five years of recent, progressive acute care nursing experience
• Emergency Department experience preferred
• Previous Nursing Leadership experience required
