Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Current RN licensure, unrestricted, according to state regulations
• BLS certification, with ACLS certification within one year of hire or position start date
• CRRN certification obtained within a year of eligibility requirement
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (preferred)
• Five or more years of nursing experience, with at least two years in an inpatient hospital setting
• Progressive nursing management experience with 24-hour accountability
• Previous leadership roles, such as charge nurse or supervisor
