Responsibilities: As an MRI Technologist, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a scanner to obtain high-quality images for diagnosis
• Positioning and preparing patients for examinations
• Performing patient pre-screening, scheduling, and education
• Properly documenting patient data
• Following radiation safety procedures
• Maintaining equipment functionality
• Reporting equipment malfunctions to appropriate personnel
• Maintaining a clean and orderly department

Requirements: To qualify for the MRI Technologist position, you must have:

• Licensure/certification/registration in one of the following: BLS Provider, Cardiographic Tech, Nuclear Medical Tech, Radiologic Technologist, Medical Sonographer, or Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
