Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of illness and disease.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve clinical and instrument-related issues.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain a safe laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university.
• Successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Scientist program.
• Minimum of one year of experience working as a technologist in a clinical laboratory.
• ASCP or equivalent categorical/generalist certification.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to comply with OSHA and regulatory requirements.
