Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests following protocols
• Utilize complex problem-solving skills for resolving clinical and instrument issues
• Comply with OSHA and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe laboratory environment
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Act as a strong ambassador for Hartford HealthCare

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university
• Successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Scientist program
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a technologist in a clinical laboratory
• ASCP or equivalent categorical/generalist certification
• Ability to adopt H3W Leadership behaviors
