Job Description:

As a Medical Technologist, you will perform, interpret, and correlate clinical laboratory tests according to protocols. You will utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve clinical and instrument issues. Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university, AND successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Scientist program
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a technologist in a clinical laboratory
• ASCP or equivalent categorical/generalist certification
• Ability to adopt H3W Leadership behaviors and become a strong H3W ambassador
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal, written, and listening) skills
• Good leadership abilities
• Ability to comply with OSHA and applicable regulatory requirements
