As a Medical Technologist, you will play a vital role in assisting physicians with the diagnosis and treatment of illness and disease through clinical laboratory testing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests following protocols
  • Utilize complex problem-solving skills to resolve clinical and instrument issues
  • Comply with OSHA and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe laboratory environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university
  • Completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Scientist program
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a clinical laboratory
  • ASCP or equivalent categorical/generalist certification
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
