Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests to assist in physician diagnosis and treatment
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve clinical and instrument issues
• Maintain a safe laboratory environment and ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university
• Successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Scientist program
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a technologist in a clinical laboratory
• ASCP or equivalent categorical/generalist certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adopt leadership behaviors and become a strong ambassador
