Responsibilities:

As the Manager of Psychiatric Emergency Services, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical and administrative oversight of the Psychiatric Emergency Services department
• Coordinating and supervising daily operations
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Leading and supervising the department staff

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Current CT clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist)
• Master's degree in a mental health discipline (social work, psychology counseling, marriage & family therapy)
• Minimum of 5 years' psychotherapy experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making authority
• Computer proficiency
