Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Communicate and escalate safety concerns related to staff, patients, and facility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure adherence to nursing standards and protocols
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Proficient in computer usage and keyboarding skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
