Job Schedule: Full Time Standard Hours: 40 Job Shift: Shift 2 Shift Details: Shifts scheduled between 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all nursing staff and patient care activities.
- Provide effective communication and escalation of staff, patient, and facility safety concerns.
- Ensure the highest quality of patient care by implementing best practices and maintaining a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience.
- Proficiency in computer usage and keyboarding skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
