Job Schedule: Full Time Standard Hours: 40 Job Shift: Shift 2 Shift Details: Shifts scheduled between 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all nursing staff and patient care activities.
• Provide effective communication and escalation of staff, patient, and facility safety concerns.
• Ensure the highest quality of patient care by implementing best practices and maintaining a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience.
• Proficiency in computer usage and keyboarding skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
