Summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Manager Nursing Coordinator (RN) to join our Behavioral Health Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising all nursing staff and patient care related activities, as well as ensuring clear communication and escalation of safety concerns. This is a full-time position with shifts scheduled between 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.

Responsibilities

As the Manager Nursing Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supervising all nursing staff and patient care activities
• Communicating and escalating safety concerns
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Providing support and guidance to nursing staff

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 3 years psychiatric nursing experience
• Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to set, prioritize, and meet deadlines
