Summary:

Hartford HealthCare is seeking an experienced Manager for our Psychiatric Emergency Services. As a Manager, you will provide clinical and administrative oversight to ensure the smooth operation of our Psychiatric Emergency Services programs. Details:

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Coordinate and manage Psychiatric Emergency Services
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with departmental staff and community providers
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Provide leadership and supervise staff

Qualifications:

• Current CT clinical license - LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist required
• Master’s degree in mental health discipline (social work, psychology counseling, marriage & family therapy) required
• Minimum 5 years of psychotherapy experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer usage
