As a licensed practical nurse/licensed vocational nurse (LPN/LVN), your responsibilities include:

• Performing a broad range of nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Providing direct care to patients, implementing their plans of care, and observing their behavior, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment
• Working with patients with diverse diagnoses, including stroke, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, joint replacement, fractures, multiple trauma, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions
• Assisting patients in achieving their goals of being discharged and returning to their lives, families, and communities

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure appropriate to state regulations
• Current CPR certification
• One or more years of experience within an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting (preferred)
• Rehabilitation experience (preferred)
