Position Overview
As a Licensed Psychologist at PGS, you will provide individual and family counseling to residents of long-term care facilities. In addition, you will offer on-site assistance, collaborate with facility staff, and deliver educational talks. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, meaningful work, and opportunities for career development. We have a robust mentoring program to support early career psychologists in their professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family counseling to seniors in long-term care facilities
- Offer on-site assistance and collaborate with facility staff for coordinated care
- Deliver periodic educational talks to residents and staff
- Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising independent judgment
Requirements
- State License as a Licensed Psychologist
- Availability to work during core business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm ET)
- Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care

- Full-time: up to $144,800 annually
- Part-time: $69.61 per hour
