As an LPN/LVN, you will:

• Perform nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Provide direct care to patients and carry out their plans of care
• Work with a wide range of diagnoses
• Help patients work toward their goals of discharge and returning to their lives and communities

Credentials required:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure appropriate to state regulations
• Current CPR certification
• 1 or more years of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting preferred
• Rehabilitation experience preferred
