Responsibilities

As an LPN/LVN at Encompass Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing a wide range of nursing tasks under the guidance of a registered nurse
• Providing direct care to patients and observing their behavior, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment
• Working with patients with diverse diagnoses and helping them achieve their goals of discharge and recovery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure according to state regulations
• Current CPR certification
• Preferably 1 or more years of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting
• Experience in rehabilitation is a plus
