Responsibilities

As an LPN in the Geriatrics department, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to assist patients in achieving their healthcare goals
• Providing direct patient care and documenting related data
• Performing therapeutic measures under the direction of an RN or MD

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Medical/Surgical office experience preferred
