Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specialized in Endocrinology to join our dedicated team at Hartford HealthCare. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients/families within our Endocrinology unit. This is a full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

As an LPN, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to assist patients in achieving their established outcomes of care.
• Participating in direct patient care by obtaining, documenting, and reporting patient data related to the established plan of care.
• Performing therapeutic measures, under the direction of an RN or MD, to assist in achieving established patient care outcomes.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Medical/Surgical office experience is preferred.
