Job Responsibilities

• Operate IR equipment to produce accurate images while maintaining sterile technique
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures
• Accurately document procedures performed and input information into electronic medical records
• Obtain relevant patient information and explain procedures to patients
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
• Demonstrate proficiency in meeting age-specific patient needs and cultural diversity

Qualifications

• State of Connecticut Radiographer license
• ARRT certification in Radiography
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
