Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients referred for physical therapy in a homecare setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Independently evaluate patient condition and provide appropriate interventions
• Utilize specialized techniques, exercises, and therapeutic agents to address physical dysfunction
• Assess strength, mobility, pain, balance, coordination, and other functional abilities

Job Qualifications:

• PT experience required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Valid CT PT license
• CPR certification
