Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
  • Administer individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
  • Provide patients with information regarding community resources and therapeutic activities.
  • Collaborate with medical physicians, psychiatrists, and mental health professionals for safe and appropriate treatment.
  • Develop and implement discharge plans under the guidance of the psychiatrist.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Counselor specializing in Marriage & Family, Mental Health, or Clinical Psychologist.
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Marriage and Family, Alcohol and Drug, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
