Timber Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics, a reputable dental practice in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Practice Manager. As the Practice Manager, you will oversee and manage the overall operations of our pediatric/orthodontic dental practice. Your role will be essential in achieving our yearly patient visits, revenue, and P&L goals. We are looking for a passionate leader who can effectively execute our business model, promote our company culture and values, and ensure consistent compliance with all key company programs and operating initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage practice business operations, including key performance measures, practice revenue, and expenses
  • Act as a positive role model and leader, creating a respectful workplace that fosters a cooperative and collaborative environment
  • Demonstrate and encourage a patient focus in all practice operations
  • Foster strong relationships with patients to create connections and influence patient retention
  • Take initiative and ensure accountability to the highest standards of performance and behavior

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or commensurate work experience in management/leadership
  • 1 year of supervisory/management experience, including P&L management and oversight
  • Previous management experience in the dental segment
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Previous customer service experience in retail, service, or healthcare setting preferred
  • Computer literacy, proficiency with basic applications including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Dental System software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and others to continually improve operations for patient experience and operational excellence
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Ability to meet OSHA, CDC, ADA, and HIPAA standards
