We are currently seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to join our Radiology department. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures, producing technically accurate cross-sectional images, and assisting in diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography (CT) procedures according to department protocols
• Input data into the RIS system and transfer images into PACS
• Obtain patient information and explain procedures
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
• Start intravenous sites and inject contrast
• Maintain clinical proficiency and participate in quality and safety initiatives
• Provide clinical supervision and instruction to students

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program
• Connecticut state Radiographer license required
• CT Advanced certification by ARRT within 12 months of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist preferred
