Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Clinician (MSW, LMSW) to join our Adolescent Residential Behavioral Health team. Our Journey House program is a specialized residential treatment facility for adolescent girls referred by the juvenile justice system. Here, you will have the chance to make a difference in the lives of these young girls, empowering them to find their way to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for adolescents in our residential program
• Provide case management services and coordinate discharge planning in collaboration with the treatment team
• Oversee day-to-day program operations in the absence of Director of Social Work and Program Director
• Perform administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Connecticut licensure required within 2 years of hire
• Experience working with adolescents with mental health and/or substance abuse issues
• Valid driver's license
• Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
