This full-time year-round position involves providing individual, group, and family counseling to individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use needs in a residential program setting. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling to adults with mental health and substance use needs in a residential program setting.
• Work collaboratively with the program team to help individuals meet their recovery goals.
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and professional growth opportunities.
• Maintain required licensing and certification throughout the duration of employment.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited school.
• Clinical licensure of: LMSW-CC, LCSW, LCPC-C, LCSW.
• Maine state alcohol and drug counselor certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
