Job Summary
As a Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing program supervisors/coordinators and ensuring the delivery of efficient, quality care to all Rushford clients. Your role will involve analyzing program needs, setting meaningful goals and objectives, and prioritizing resources to meet the organization's strategic goals. Additionally, you will oversee financial and staffing budgets, maintain positive customer service relationships, collaborate with community leaders, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze program needs and develop meaningful goals and objectives aligned with the organization's strategic goals
- Provide direct supervision to program coordinators
- Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Foster positive customer service relationships and educate staff on quality customer service
- Collaborate with community leaders and attend program/system meetings
- Ensure programs meet regulatory standards set by governing bodies
- Provide feedback on grant applications
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
