Responsibilities:

  • Analyze program needs and develop meaningful goals and objectives aligned with organizational strategies
  • Supervise program coordinators
  • Manage program budgets and resources
  • Maintain positive customer service relationships
  • Collaborate with community leaders and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure programs meet regulatory standards
  • Provide feedback on grant applications

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work
  • Current CT licensure as one of the following: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
