Description

As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care, implement care plans, coordinate patient discharge planning, and contribute to interdisciplinary patient rounds. Our organization follows the ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice, maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide individualized care
• Participate in daily interdisciplinary patient rounds
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care
• Participate in professional growth and development activities

Qualifications

• Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• Certified Surgical Tech specializing in Surgery preferred
• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program
• Experience preferred
