Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is hiring certified physician assistant (PA) contractors like you to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. As a certified physician assistant, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours, connect with individuals one-on-one, and help them re-engage with their health.

About the Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits focused on a person's overall health and well-being
• Identify potential barriers to care
• Earn up to $1800 to $3000 each week by completing an average of 6-9 visits daily, with a pay rate of $70 per completed assessment
• Increase your per-visit rate by up to 200% with our Market Multiplier*
• Earn additional compensation through our pay-per-test model for qualifying visits
• Shifts available Monday - Sunday, with no nights or weekends required
• Work on a short-term or long-term basis
• Pre-scheduled visits with health plan members in their homes
• Travel benefits including airfare, hotel, and rental car (depending on eligibility)
• Malpractice coverage provided
• Availability incentives for completing five appointments per day worked
• Independent contractor status (1099)
• Flexible schedule
• State license required (PA-C)
