Hartford HealthCare at Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in providing high-quality homecare for patients in Connecticut. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and housekeeping assistance to clients in their homes, following an established care plan.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Report any changes in clients' condition to the care coordinator or supervisor.
• Perform routine housekeeping and home management duties.
• Maintain accurate records of each client's care and submit care plans in a timely manner.
• Assist with routine therapy exercises.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CNA Certificate approved by the Connecticut Department of Public Health and Addiction Services required.
• Six months of experience as a Home Care Aide/CNA in a home care agency preferred.
