• Standard Hours: 1
• Job Shift: Shift 1

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and housekeeping assistance to patients
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
• Prepare and serve meals to meet nutritional needs
• Report changes in patients' condition to the care coordinator or supervisor
• Perform routine housekeeping and home management duties
• Record patient care on the care plan and submit in a timely manner
• Assist with routine therapy exercises
• Participate in case conferences as requested

Requirements:

• Current and valid Certified Nurse's Aide registration with the Connecticut Registry
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of Connecticut
• Reliable transportation
• 6 months of work experience as a CNA or Home Care Aide
• Must be able to work one full weekend a month
