Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couple, group, and family therapy based on each client's specific needs
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive medical documentation
- Assess and plan care by evaluating the psychiatric and psychosocial needs of clients
- Deliver in-home clinical services and crisis intervention
- Educate clients and family members on available resources and provide support
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for integrated healthcare delivery
- Participate in administrative activities, team meetings, and staff education
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active CT License in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Marital & Family Therapy
- Minimum of three years of experience in psychiatric and/or substance abuse population
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and individual/group therapy
- Computer literacy and basic keyboarding skills
