Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy tailored to each client's needs
• Prepare accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assess and plan care by evaluating psychiatric and psychosocial needs and advocate appropriate resources
• Continuously educate clients and refer them to relevant support groups and resources
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver integrated healthcare
• Participate in administrative activities and engage in self-improvement

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Three years of experience providing direct services to psychiatric and substance use patients
• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, individual/group therapy, and crisis intervention
• Active CT LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC license
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) required for Latino Program
